FOURTH WEEK OF TEACHING EXPERIENCES (10-07-2017 TO 14-07-2017)
This is the Fourth week of our teaching practice. Experience is actually one of the very few
observable teacher characteristics that is consistently correlated with
achievement, and its effect is very stronger very stronger. Within these three weeks I had improved a lot and I think the quote "Experience makes a
man perfect" is apt in my case. Because I had improved a lot when I look
in to my first week teaching.
CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
This week of teaching practice started on 10-07-2017 and ended in 14-07-2017. This week have make me learned a lot as a teacher both from getting experience as a teacher and also from the feedback provided by the students, co-ordinating sir and my B. Ed our optional teacher on their observation of my class. I feel confident at this level that I am capable of successfully in the field of teaching. On 11-07-2017 Sreedevi mam came to observe class of Natural science dept and signed our daily diary. On collecting feedback from my classroom kids made me realized my way of teaching and their remarks made me myself proud and confident too.
Even my optional teacher's remark from her observation also made me feel good about myself.
Other than that my, co-ordinating Sir Mr. Maneesh has suggested his opinions regarding my class and extra points that I should follow in class like IX. From his suggestion I was asked to add up some humour elements relating to the chapter so that I could steal their heart, He also appreciated me for good classroom management, explanation skill and teacher-pupil interaction that I keep.
SELF REFLECTION
From, my experience of this week, I'm satisfied very much now. To be frank feeling myself bit proud from the feedback by my class students, because they are , according to me MY FIRST CERTIFICATES OF MY CAREER . And
Additionally, it has taught me that I will recurrently be learning and growing as an educator. I have learned the value of setting goals and objectives that will push me to continually raise the bar for my level of teaching and hopefully, to be setting an example for my students.
